I feel sick

I really don't feel well, and I don't know why.

I guess I am going to be sick or something, but my head doesn't stop to hurt and I have such a bad nausea ...

I really don't know why I feel like this, It's really extreme =/ It's really been a long time since last time I felt this bad. Even going on the internet makes me feel bad, that's so extreme lol
I guess I just don't have the energy ...
